British, Victorian Crowned, QUEENS WESTMINSTER VOLs, (words on buckled banner) badge, with a Fish Net type design in centre. Lug fasteners. Red cloth backing patch. 60.77mm high by 37.12mm wide. Darkened white metal with white showing through darkening due to wear. Excellent well made badge. Cannot find in Kipling & King.
