Souvenir Pennant V for Victory ONWARD UK and USA

Felt Souvenir pennant, dark green felt, with dull green end tab. 7 1/2" x 23". Large painted flocking type letter V, with British Union Jack and USA flags in arm of V, blue/white and red and words FOR VICTORY and ONWARD (Some light running of green into the letters), some light cracking in the painted Onward. Shows age dulling but still nice piece.
