Lot of 5. All Royal Navy, or Commonwealth Navies, General Service buttons. Victorian Crown over anchor, with rope border. 1 - has a smooth backing, Gold plated, 22.67mm size, J.R. GAUNT & SONS BIRMINGHAM. 4 - with fine lined backing, one - 22.79, dull gold coated, maker FIRMIN & SONS LONDON and another dull gold, 23.23mm size, STILLWELL & SON LONDON. 2 - dull gold coated, darkened highlights, one - 21.03mm size, maker W. JONES & Co. 236 REGENT ST. and one 17.89mm size, maker KENING LONDON. All excellent well made and nicely detailed.
