WW2 era, British, CIVIL DEFENCE CORPS words on a orange brass metal pin. Kings Crown with red enamel in it and words on blue enamel outer circle banner, with Lion design centre. Button hole fastener. Maker marked, what I can make out they put the fastener on covering most of the name, FATTOR?????NS, Ltd. over BARR St. BHAM. Shows slight age dulling but still nice.
