This is a garrison cap for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Hilo Chapter No 6, Hilo is a chapter in Hawaii. It was most likely worn by an Airforce veteran who was also awarded the Purple Heart medal. It has a nice mounted mini AF Medal & Purple Heart medal, as well as full size ribbons for the Purple Heart, Airforce medal with a single oak leaf cluster, as well as a three medal ribbon bar with multiple oak leaf clusters.
