British: National Hospital Service Reserve Pin

Kings Crown, with red enamel in it over shield shape with words, National Hospital Service Reserve, on green enamel. 20mm wide by 30mm high. Brass base metal. Someone has replaced the original fastener with two wire lug type fasteners.
