British POLICE Shoulder title DSC Devon Special Cst ??

British Police, Again another "I THINK" badge. Brass metal, with lug fasteners, letters, D S C, attached to single bar. Letters 18mm high. I am assuming this might be a police issue and with DSC with D being a location beginning with D and SC standing for Special Constable, could be Mile out on this, anyway well made.
