French WW1 Patriotic Memorial Frame with Soldiers Picture

Made after WW1 in the shape of the Croix de Guerre medal, with border: REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE with a space in the middle for a picture. The cast base is marked with "ON LES AURA" , a famous quote from General Petain during the battle of Verdun, that loosely translates to "We'll Get Them". Top missing from plaque. Approx 6.5" tall.
