Hello Collectors! Auction 112 will be held on Thursday, January 24th, 2008. With the live auction starting at 7 pm at our office on Sargent Ave. Absentee bids and phone inquires MUST be made before 5: 00 pm the day of the sale. The office will be closed to the public at 5 pm and re-opened at 6:15 pm for viewing and registration.

 

Please remember that we ask for NO telephone enquires on ‘how you did’ till at least the following Monday after the sale, the Prices Realized are posted on-line Friday afternoon, with High bidders number and the amount sold for.

 

As a registered bidder, you can place bids by, mail, fax, email. We will NO LONGER be accepting bids over the phone, NO EXCEPTIONS.  If emailing in your bids, there is a cut and paste form on our web site (if you don’t know how to do this, just include the info that is on the postal bidding form (bidders #, name, address, payment method) in your message). Your bidders number can be found on your mailing envelope, if you are new to our auctions, you will be issued a number once a bid is placed.

 

You can find the current bid of any item by contacting Wayne or Jaime, by phone or email before the cut off time (5pm Thursday).  All the items pictured in the catalogue can be found on our website in colour, as well as requested photo’s. If you would like a photo scanned please request a picture no later than January 18th.

 

NOTE TO CASUAL BIDDERS, these are people who view our catalogues online but choose not to subscribe….. A $5.00 (CDN funds) fee will be charged to those who wish to place a bid(s) in this auction who do not have a subscription with us. This fee can be credited to a subscription after the auction if you so choose. This fee & the bids entered MUST be secured with a credit card. 

 

As a few of you may have noticed we have been scaling down our road trips to shows & have slowed down a bit on the auctions. We have been evaluating the cost / profit numbers and will only be doing a few shows a year now. We hope that if we can’t come to you, you will still feel free to contact us with your wants.
